Product Designer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered platform for short‑term rental operators. They are looking for a highly ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to turn complex property‑management workflows into simple, beautiful experiences. You will work directly with the founders and engineers to shape every user touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Own design from problem definition and user research through prototypes, final interfaces and implementation reviews.
• Speak with operators and internal teams to understand pain points and translate them into clear user journeys and wireframes.
• Design dashboards, workflows, AI interaction panels, onboarding flows, and booking journeys.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs work with real data, edge cases and technical constraints.
• Test ideas early, incorporate feedback, and iterate post‑launch.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and excellent visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards or applications with complex workflows.
• Excellent judgement in typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour and responsive design.
• Ability to simplify complex information while keeping necessary details visible.
• Clear communication skills and high ownership attitude.

• Figma (auto‑layout, components, design systems, interactive prototyping).
