Offshore Logistic Coordinator

About the role

The Offshore Logistic Coordinator will support the GranMorgu Development Project by managing marine, aviation and cargo logistics on a Suriname offshore rig. This rotational 4/4 position (4 weeks on, 4 weeks off) operates on a seven‑day work week with 12‑hour shifts in an English‑speaking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and enforce the company HSE culture offshore, conduct inspections and safety meetings, and act as logistics focal point during emergencies.
• Coordinate personnel and cargo transportation, vessel schedules, helicopter logistics and loading/discharge operations.
• Maintain cargo manifests, pre‑manifests and logistics records in KABAL, and monitor offshore inventories for CCUs.
• Interface with vessel masters, helicopter crews, drilling supervisors, contractors and offshore teams to ensure efficient logistics execution.
• Participate in daily operational and logistics coordination meetings and ensure compliance with company logistics standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations, marine logistics coordination or offshore support activities.
• Experience supporting drilling, completion, construction or offshore production operations.
• Knowledge of offshore cargo logistics, vessel operations, manifests and material tracking processes.
• Proficiency with logistics planning and management systems (KABAL or equivalent).
• Valid offshore medical certification; BOSIET certification preferred.
• Fluent English and strong coordination, communication and reporting abilities.
