Night Drilling Completion Supervisor

About the role

Support drilling assets within the Drilling and Wells department, ensuring continuity of supervision on board the rig during night operations. Deliver efficient reporting and maintain a high standard of daily drilling reports.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of drilling programs and assist with work instructions.
• Ensure operations comply with company rules, safety, and environmental protection standards.
• Optimize rig equipment and processes in collaboration with contractors.
• Issue daily drilling reports using the designated reporting system.
• Conduct cost follow‑up, anticipate problems and plan alternative strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• More than 5 years of experience in an operational drilling environment.
• Strong knowledge of offshore and deepwater environments.
