Night Company Site Representative

About the role

The Night Company Site Representative will act as TotalEnergies' on‑site focal point aboard the installation vessel for the B58 GranMorgu project in offshore Suriname. The role ensures strict adherence to HSE standards, manages offshore operations and coordinates daily reporting and emergency response.

Key responsibilities

• Apply TotalEnergies HSE standards and ensure all approved procedures are followed during offshore operations.
• Supervise offshore activities on installation vessels (J‑Lay, S‑Lay, PLSV, MSV) and act as the TotalEnergies focal point for the vessel and FPSO RSES.
• Provide daily reports to the SURF Installation Manager, review daily progress reports and report any non‑conformances.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company H3SEQ requirements, manage changes through the Management of Change process, and coordinate HIRA Level 2 before operations.
• Maintain traceability tables, equipment inventories and ensure all certificates/check‑lists are signed and ready for transportation, installation and commissioning.

Required profile

• Engineer or Offshore Supervisor with a minimum of 15 years of experience in oil & gas SURF activities.
• Knowledge of TotalEnergies CR, GS, and Surinamese offshore regulations (marine, environment, NR).
• Experience on major EPCI projects, strong communication skills and ability to work in a rotational offshore schedule (35 days on / 35 days off).
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and a construction background.

Required skills

• BOSIET, T‑BOSIET, FOET certifications.
• Technological Risk Awareness, CTA (Cause Tree Analysis), HIRA Level 2.
• Offshore fit‑to‑work certificate (OGUK), Seaman’s book, CA‑EBS OPITO.
• Operations on rigid‑lay vessels, PLSV, OSR, risers pull‑in/pull‑out, flexible lay, rigid pipelay, risers construction (including lazy wave and SHR), structures installation.
• SIMOPS coordination, HSE rules, Management of Change process.
