Customer & Product Manager (Dutch-speaking)

About the role

Crebos is seeking a Customer & Product Manager who will act as the trusted liaison between its customers in Suriname and the Netherlands and the internal product and engineering teams. The role combines customer‑success responsibilities with product‑management duties, ensuring that customer needs are clearly understood, prioritized, and delivered as effective digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact for questions, requests, and feedback.
• Lead customer meetings, product discussions and progress reviews in both Dutch and English.
• Translate customer goals, workflows and challenges into clear problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria and product backlog items.
• Coordinate internal teams to clarify requirements, manage priorities, and follow issues through to resolution.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback, identify recurring themes and drive continuous product improvements.
• Support onboarding, product adoption, training and change‑management activities.
• Monitor satisfaction, adoption metrics and open issues, raising risks early and ensuring agreed actions are completed.

Required profile

• Native‑level or fluent Dutch and fluent spoken and written English.
• Based in Suriname with willingness to travel to customer sites in Suriname and the Netherlands.
• Proven experience in customer success, product management, account management or a related customer‑facing role.
• Strong ability to understand business processes and translate them into clear product requirements.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability and follow‑through across customers and internal teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and documentation skills.
