About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a proactive Project Manager to join its rapidly expanding team. This remote position serves clients across Latin America, allowing you to lead high‑impact software projects while collaborating with a diverse, international group of professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and apply Agile methodologies to drive project delivery.
• Develop project goals, objectives, and schedules aligned with business strategy.
• Assign and manage resources to ensure project milestones are met.
• Track, document, and report all project aspects, including quality and progress metrics.
• Define and monitor project budgets, adjusting plans as resource needs evolve.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Scrum teams in an Agile environment.
• Ability to define clear project goals, schedules, and resource plans.
• Experience managing project budgets and adjusting plans as needed.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
