Full Stack Laravel & React Developer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a skilled Full Stack Laravel & React Developer to join its rapidly expanding remote team serving clients across Latin America. You will work on challenging, high‑impact projects, delivering high‑quality applications that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laravel back‑ends (Laravel 8+).
• Build and consume RESTful APIs using Inertia.js.
• Implement front‑end features with React (or Vue.js / Livewire) and Tailwind CSS.
• Write automated tests with Pest, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, and Playwright.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, take ownership of tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Continuously improve code quality, performance, and security.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel (8 or newer).
• Strong knowledge of Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, and Query Builder.
• Hands‑on experience with testing tools such as Pest, PHPUnit, Dusk, and Playwright.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and using Inertia.js.
• Front‑end development experience with React (or Vue.js / Livewire) and optional Tailwind CSS.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
