Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Dutch Speaking)

About the role

Huzzle, a talent agency connecting candidates with companies in the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia, is recruiting a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative for a renovation business. The role is fully remote and covers incoming calls and messages during opening hours. You will be the first point of contact, taking ownership of each customer interaction, giving clear next steps and booking calls with the relevant team members.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and messages promptly during opening hours so customers can speak with a real person.
• Listen carefully to inquiries, take clear and accurate notes in GoHighLevel and explain what happens next.
• Route inquiries to the appropriate team member, including sales, the project coordinator or the business owner.
• Book calls directly into the relevant person's calendar rather than just forwarding messages.
• Identify and immediately escalate urgent issues on active renovation projects, such as water leaks, incorrect materials or wrong tiles installed on site.
• Follow the client's written manual and established procedures, and make sure every inquiry is followed up and resolved or handed over appropriately.
• Maintain clear communication with the internal team so customers receive timely updates.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, a call center or a customer-facing support role.
• Fluent Dutch, able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Calm, friendly and confident on the phone, including with frustrated customers.
• Reliable, organized and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over customer inquiries.

Required skills

• Strong listening skills and the ability to take accurate notes while managing conversations.
• Comfortable using software and digital tools; previous CRM experience is an advantage.
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a significant plus.
