About the role

The WCE Field Specialist – ES ensures safe, efficient and reliable service delivery to customers while identifying opportunities for improvement and managing risk on site.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers.
• Identify improvement opportunities, implement standard work, and manage risk during service delivery.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of job deliverables.
• Execute service delivery and participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards through CAT, self‑assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in service quality meetings and implement action plans.
• Participate in HSE and quality initiatives, wear PPE, and maintain required safety training.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree in an engineering discipline or Bachelor’s degree in a non‑engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a field specialist in environmental services.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem‑solving, organizational and time‑management abilities with a positive attitude.
