Senior Finance Analyst – Finance Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join The Flex, a fast‑growing flexible‑accommodation platform. In this role you will be at the centre of the company’s financial operations, providing insight into revenue streams, costs and profitability as we scale internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Own and enhance day‑to‑day financial reporting and controls, ensuring data is complete, validated and supported.
• Identify manual finance processes, design efficient workflows and collaborate with engineering to automate them.
• Reconcile payments from Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, direct bookings and other channels, as well as bank accounts and incoming funds.
• Track accounts payable and receivable, review supplier invoices and manage company expenses.
• Handle statutory filings and corporate compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Work with external accountants, tax advisers, auditors and banking partners.
• Build dashboards and reporting systems that give real‑time visibility into performance.
• Analyse financial performance by property, city, country and business unit.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts and financial models.
• Monitor cash flow, plan capital requirements and identify financial risks.
• Support due‑diligence for acquisitions, investments and new market launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance analysis, reporting and budgeting, preferably in a fast‑moving, multi‑jurisdictional environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with operations, revenue management, property and senior leadership teams.
• Ambitious attitude with a desire to grow into senior finance leadership roles.
