President – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished President to lead a diversified construction and real‑estate organization. The role combines strategic vision with operational execution, driving growth, profitability, and market expansion across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and translate the Board’s strategic vision into measurable business plans.
• Own overall P&L, revenue, cash flow, budgeting, capital allocation and financial performance.
• Oversee construction portfolio, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, cost control and compliance.
• Lead real‑estate development from land acquisition through financing, construction, sales or leasing and asset disposition.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities, acquisitions, partnerships and new markets.
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance and report regularly to the Board.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive with extensive experience in construction, real‑estate development, property investment or related sectors.
• Demonstrated track record of managing large‑scale operations and full P&L responsibility.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen and ability to drive sustainable growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
