President – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished, commercially driven President to lead the overall performance, strategic growth and operational execution of a diversified construction and real‑estate organization. The President will provide executive leadership across construction, real‑estate development, property investment, business development, project delivery and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the company’s business operations and translate the Board’s vision into clear short‑ and long‑term plans.
• Drive revenue, profitability, cash flow and overall P&L performance while maintaining financial discipline.
• Oversee construction portfolio delivery, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and compliance with H&S and quality standards.
• Direct real‑estate development strategy, from land acquisition through financing, construction, sales or leasing and asset disposition.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities, acquisitions, partnerships and new market entry.
• Provide regular performance updates, forecasts and strategic recommendations to the Board.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive with extensive experience in construction, real‑estate development, property investment, infrastructure or engineering.
• Demonstrated track record of managing large‑scale operations and full P&L responsibility.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
