Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished, commercially driven Chief Executive Officer to steer the strategic growth, operational performance, and long‑term value creation of a diversified construction and real‑estate business. The CEO will own the organisation’s strategy, P&L, business development, construction delivery, real‑estate investment, and stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑, medium‑ and long‑term corporate strategy, identifying new markets, partnerships and investment opportunities.
• Take full ownership of the company’s P&L, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and capital allocation.
• Provide executive oversight of construction portfolios, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required standards.
• Lead real‑estate development and investment activities from land acquisition through to sales, leasing and asset disposition.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, institutional partners and other financial stakeholders.
• Establish robust governance, cost‑control, procurement, risk‑management and health‑safety frameworks across operations.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive with extensive experience in construction, property development, real‑estate investment, infrastructure or related sectors.
• Demonstrated track record of scaling businesses, managing large project portfolios and delivering sustainable profitability.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and ability to lead diverse teams.
