Business Sales Agent – Small Business Internet Packages

About the role

The Business Sales Agent will generate new business opportunities by promoting and selling business internet packages to small‑business customers. You will act as the first point of contact, understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospects by researching market segments and evaluating their position in the industry.
• Establish contact, build relationships and close sales of business internet services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge through workshops, publications and professional networks.
• Collaborate with the sales team and contribute to overall targets as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (VWO or HAVO) or equivalent.
• Intermediate computer skills and proven sales experience with measurable results.
• Previous experience in a customer‑service environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Customer‑oriented, flexible, quick‑thinking and able to learn new tools rapidly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
