Business Sales Agent

About the role

The Business Sales Agent is responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and selling business internet packages to small‑business customers. This role reports to the Business Sales Supervisor and focuses on expanding the company’s presence in the SMB market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospects, research their market position and evaluate sales opportunities.
• Establish contact with prospects, develop relationships and recommend suitable internet solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge through workshops, publications and professional networks.
• Support team objectives by completing related tasks and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (VWO or HAVO) or equivalent.
• Intermediate computer skills and previous sales experience with proven success.
• Experience in a customer‑service environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer‑oriented, self‑motivated, detail‑focused and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage competing priorities.
