Business Account Manager

About the role

The Business Account Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and nurturing B2B clients across sectors such as finance, healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing. You will understand customers' technology needs and propose tailored ICT solutions, including software, hardware, cloud, and networking services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential B2B clients across multiple industries.
• Deliver sales presentations, product demos, and solution pitches to CIOs, IT managers, and procurement heads.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and keep accurate activity records.
• Prepare customized ICT proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
• Collaborate with technical and pre‑sales teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
• Monitor competitive offerings and market trends.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ICT or enterprise solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling to medium and large enterprises with long sales cycles.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship‑building abilities.
