Business Account Manager – ICT Solutions

About the role

The Business Account Manager will drive growth by identifying and acquiring B2B clients across sectors such as finance, healthcare, logistics and manufacturing. You will understand customers' technology needs and propose tailored ICT solutions that include software, hardware, cloud and networking services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential B2B clients in multiple industries.
• Deliver sales presentations, product demos and solution pitches to CIOs, IT managers and procurement heads.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Prepare customized ICT proposals, quotations and negotiate pricing, terms and contracts.
• Collaborate with technical and pre‑sales teams to align offerings with customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitive offerings.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Record all sales activities and customer interactions accurately.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ICT or enterprise solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling to medium and large enterprises with long sales cycles.
• Consultative, solution‑based selling approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience using PowerBI for sales pipeline management.
